Best massage I’ve ever had!

My husband and I had two foot massages today. One reflexology and the other relaxation, both were outstanding. They made sure we were comfortable whilst we were seated and the extra care and attention makes this new business stand out from other massage places. We'll definitely be back!

I normally get my massages done in most shopping centers. The massage here was fantastic and better than 90% of the ones I have been to. The staff are very nice and friendly and by the end of it my muscles were released of their tension. They also used hot stones with my oil massage for free which are typically $20 extra at most places. Highly recommended!!!

Great place to relax with a massage. Staff are very friendly. Felt a lot better after visiting Body & Balance. Would thoroughly recommend visiting there.

Hit and miss massages. My son and I had foot massages whilst my sons was really good unfortunately mine was very disappointing. Felt as tho the person doing mine wasn’t interested at all and didn’t massage the whole foot including my toes. There was no rhythm to the massage and each foot had different things done to them. I watched my sons massage and the lady was fantastic doing his!! He was happy, me not so much.

Every massage I have experienced has been a really good experience. The staff look after me so well… the service is very professional and the massage staff are trained and experienced. I drive the 20 minutes just to get a massage.

Had a short message with Tony and Sam. Very very good. Perfect pressure. Great service. Always friendly.Updates: we became a regular customer here. I have been dozens of message places and this is arguably the best one. Tony is absolutely the best!

i come here regularly for a foot massage and it’s honestly the best, i have bad ankles and feet and they get so sore but i love coming here it’s always great, i would love to get her name whose done my massage a few times she’s the middle aged lady, very nice and does so well. almost has me falling asleep hahaha. would recommend

This is now my regular go to for a massage. All staff are very professional and skilled massage therapists which is a rare find. I am trained myself in remedial massage and I cannot fault their therapists. Always polite and friendly, environment is relaxed and very clean and we certainly always leave very satisfied with their service.

*Update- I've been coming regularly here for a year I think & they are amazing. I love Vivian & Lisa but they have all been great, professional, welcoming, knowledgeable. They all go above and beyond. Highly recommend. Better value with rewards than any other Karingal store.Ive just been here for the first time. The owner/manager Tony did my massage and he was great. I get a lot of massages having fybro and he was right up there with the really good ones. The shop is new, clean, with comfortable beds and soothing decor. The prices are standard (they have all gone up since covid) but the rewards program is much better as you get 50% off your average spend after 5 visits if paid in cash. I will definitely be going back.
