Precision Physio

I’ve been under the care of Precision Physio for some months since I dislocated my shoulder at the gym. I’ve spent extended periods with three physios at various stages of my recuperation and have just completed a lengthy time with Noemi who was assigned to me to help with a specific part of my rehab. She is just amazing! Her knowledge and experience are first-rate, her massage is magnificent, and her manner is engaging and reassuring. On top of this, she never let me get away with anything — and for that I will always be grateful. Now, to the next stage of my rehab! Thank you, Noemi!!

Highly recommend Precision Physio. All the staff have been fantastic in my physiotherapy and recovery. They have not only allowed me to have complete mobility in my knee but have also given all over fitness. Christopher especially has been very helpful in this process. Great reception staff also :)

Seaton at Precision Physio treated me with my neck injury where I could barely move to having full movements. I was able to return to normal duties. Very well organised and good customer service.

I have been coming here for a couple of weeks now and I have had no bad experiences! The staff are wonderful and really helpful especially my physiotherapist George. I have been dealing with knee pain for a while now and ever since visiting George, the pain has improved and it feels better than it did before. George has also recommended ways to continuing improving the pain on a daily basis which is really good. You definitely won’t regret coming here!

Highly recommended Precision Physio. Noemi was wonderful and always took note of my issues leading to improved movement and flexibility. All staff were always polite and welcoming andI would have no hesitation in returning in the future.

I was in so much pain I couldn't bend over at all. Noemi quickly diagnosed me with a slipped disc. She showed me exercises to push the disc back into place and to strengthen the muscles around it. I did the exercises at home 3 times a day for 2 weeks and saw Noemi a few times over that time. I was able to move better after the first appointment and now I am completely recovered and pain free after 2 weeks. Thanks so much Noemi, you saved me!

Noemi Banchi has been working on my left shoulder for over 1 month now, I have Bursitis in both shoulders & over the last 6 years I have been getting cortisone injections.I come to Precision Physio because my left shoulder got sore and I knew it was that time of year for another injection, I’m over getting injections, it’s been 6 weeks now working with Noemi and my shoulder has not to very little pain as we are strengthening the muscles in my shoulder.Great work Noemi & thank you.

I started at Precision Physio after experiencing recurring knee pain from exercise. Thanks to Rawan I've come to better understand, move, strengthen and stretch my body.Grateful for all the help I've received and excited to continue developing my movement and strength.

I would give 6 stars if that was possible! Can't recommend Precision Physio enough. Pete and his team are doing magic. They are caring, knowledgeable and fixed my sprained ankle in no time. If you are looking for a good physio this is the place.
