Tropical Bliss bed and breakfast

What a stunning property, very relaxing and alternative. We were spoilt with the variety of activities and sites that abound the location. The hosts went out of their way to ensure we had the best experience. We loved the chillaxed ambiance and freedom offered to us. Thanks guys. Cheers Steve and Luke

The beautiful rainforest setting and the fllowing creek and swimming hole.This is a BnB of the traditional sense where guests have a private bedroom but all other areas are shared with hosts and other guests. Peter our host cooked a great brekky and was a good host. There are plans to build ensuites for each guest bedroom and this will greatly improve the property.THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING in the bedrooms and was quite hot and humid. I had a terrible nights sleep.I think this was poor value. If you are looking for a hotel style accommodation then this won't be for you. Booking .com said it was 177 but they charged $250.

Loved every moment. so friendly and the hosts are delightful. Loved the peace and tranquility..and lived the natural swimming pool!. Will definitely be back.

Imagine, if you will, spending a couple of nights in the home of David Sedaris with the same eclectic interior decorating, but before he became marvellously wealthy through book publishing, signings and one night theatre performances. You can add in a bit of architectural curiosity as parts of the building were shipped in by slow boat from a dilapidated chateau in France. Mix that with the most peaceful tropical, creek flowing at your footstep, rainforest setting. If this sounds like your cup of tea then this is for you. It is a bed and breakfast share accommodation with Peter and Steve, your host, so if you are seeking a standardised franchised corporation sterile accommodation then give it a miss. If not then this may well be the place if you (as well as Peter) are seeking to share future dinner table stories of life and Australian adventures. Keeping in mind this is the wettest part of Australia so if you have the luxury of time make a booking in the window of predicted sunshine. We nailed it for two days and it was perfection.

Peter and Steve are amazing hosts, and their house is in a mesmerizing location. The sounds of the little private creek and forest, the amazing breakfast, and their kindness, will make any nature and food lover feel amazing.
