It was a pleasure doing business with Grant Edser and Garden City Roofing. Grant provides a level of professionalism that is often difficult to find in many trade businesses. I recommend this business highly.

What a rude arrogant man Grant is, we would never use him if he was the last roofer in the toowoomba area. He made mountains out of molehills to exaggerate the work. Plenty more polite roofers around. He only prefers customers who can't think for themselves. He was so full of his own importance. They would not post my review without giving it at least 1 star. I would give this company zero stars out of 5, but they would not post my review with zero stars. Not fair. October 2022.

We have recently used Grant and his team to replace the roof, second time we have used GCR. We were very happy with all aspects of the job. When we first had the company quote it was a 6 month wait as other jobs were ahead of us. We understood the job would have to be re-quoted closer to the time due to possible rising costs. Grant was always fast to get back on our inquiries and kept us up to date. When the time came to do the job it was almost exactly to the date initially penciled in. Final costs were pretty similar to the initial quote. The team who put up the roof worked like a well oiled machine and we felt very happy with the work .

The customer service was impeccable from Grant at Garden City Roofing. I was so impressed from the first meeting, i didn't bother to get another quote on my roof installation.Grant was super punctual - arriving early both times we met (pre-roof installation and post-roof installation inspection) meetings. He provided practical advice and guidance, was patient and obliging with all my questions (this was my first time replacing a roof). He is exceptionally organised & always provided quotes and general information in advance of promised deadlines. The level of communication was also outstanding, with reminders sent for key milestone and actions I needed to undertake to keep the project on track. The roofing installation was great - Grant even hopped up on the roof with me to show how it looked.I would definitely recommend Garden City Roofing if you need roof installation or guttering installation.

We got 4 different quotes for our roof & guttering, GCR was one, Grant turned up on agreed date to quote, no rush & happy to discuss our requirements at depth, nothing was too much trouble & at the best comparative price! We booked 6mths in advance & they turned up on the exact booked date to install our roof & guttering, no delays, got the job done & gone. Grant is a great bloke and a rarity in this day and age - no BS and honest. Good, experienced tradesmen in his team, did an exceptional job on a 100% area re-roof at my place. Cannot fault this mob. I would highly recommend Grant to anyone considering the services Garden City Roofing offers.
