Long time customer but not any more and .placed an order went to pick it up and got told oh no we don't deal with small contractors only large companies .they say something else over the phone and tell something entirely different face to face.i found the exact same fans same model number same design and slightly cheaper on an online company and free delivery.

The service that this company provides is shocking... Everything is a problem and painful to deal with. Plus their products are terrible, when they break, they blame the installer or the client who owns them.
