I have just received my parcel & I have to congratulate The Art Shop on their excellent packaging.I have NEVER received any art supplies so perfectly wrapped so that nothing moved or was damaged in transit.Thank you ever so much.

I have visited the art shop in Bayswater numerous times and as always had a great experience it is so big and have a brilliant variety of art supplies at a reasonable price.during Covid lockdowns, they were my lifesaver. I had quite a few deliveries during this time. All came in a reasonable time and fantastically packed since Covid is no longer keeping us at home because I live over the other side of town, I quite often do an order online and normally I received my orders within a day or two days they are fantastic. I can’t recommend them highly enough if there were 10 stars, I would give them that.

OMG leave your credit card at Nome. I always ♥️ their range and quality of materials. I often spend so much time just looking. They are a brilliant place to be.

My favourite art store in the world is Sekaido Tokyo, and second favourite is this one right here. Despite the physical size is not huge, you will get almost anything you will need, including pigments. They have PO48 Daniel Smith watercolour: that's so rare you'd be lucky to find it anywhere in the world.Not that many mica powder but this is the one thing you probably can get online with relatively good reliability.

Ordered oil paints, medium and solvent on the weekend - all packed and delivered and received by Tuesday! So quick! Order was complete, everything was packaged carefully to avoid damage or spills, and all packaging was clearly reused from their wholesale deliveries - win for the planet.Prices were the cheapest I could find in Melbourne in a real, physical store with actual human people.Thanks Art Shop team!

Placed an online order on Sunday night, it was delivered to regional Queensland on Tuesday morning. Fabulous customer service and super fast delivery. I will be buying all my art supplies from The Art Shop in the future.

One of the best customer experience and service I have experienced. I don't even write reviews typically but this had to be called out. Dealt with me changing orders before shipping 10 times as I went through a medium research frenzy post order. Very helpful and the best prices ive seen, what sales? they are always on. Only buying from then from now on. Keep up the great service guys!

I love this art shop because they have such a great supply for an artist . There are so many different paints to choose from and brushes. Lots of beautiful canvases and papers to explore

Great selection, but AWFUL service. I bought $90 worth of single watercolour pencils that I'd carefully wrapped in a sheet of paper to take to the front desk. When I got there the brunette serving me dumped them onto the counter, then proceeded to grab them in handfuls as she counted them before dropping them (freefall, no protective wrapping) into a loose paper bag. You could HEAR the pencils rattling and cracking against each other as she tossed handful after careless handful into the bag. I was so shocked I didn't know what to say – she's likely broken all the leads. I cannot believe someone working in an arts supply store would treat pencils so poorly, especially when they're sold at $2.50 a piece. Demonstrated a complete lack of respect for their products and the customer buying them, and a huge waste of money should my $90 purchases all turn out to be broken. Disgusting.
