A HUGE thank you to Charlene and the team at Brand Republic.After COVID cancelled our upcoming Child Protection Week event, we shifted to gift bags for vulnerable children. We filled these with amazing vouchers, but felt there was something missing…some fun merchandise.So, we contacted Charlene, who was able to arrange personalised merchandise for us within the quickest of turn around times. The team made, what should have been a very stressful change, so simple, easy and stress free.I can not recommend Brand Republic enough! Thank you so much.

Do not ever use this company. Feel free to contact us directly to discuss the details. Mugs missed the date we needed them by for the trade show, even after we chased it up several times. They came without correct packaging which we had paid for. They arrived with half of the mugs smashed. They then took over 3 months to process a refund for the smashed mugs, ignored emails, were rude, and when they did finally process it after the threat of legal action, they refused to refund the shipping or set up fees for the smashed mugs. So we paid approx $500 for 32 mugs. Absolute joke of a business with terrible customer service and rude staff.

We ordered badges and bamboo bags for a recent event. Products are good as expected, but the difference was the customer service and therefore I highly recommend Brand Republic for your event collateral. Sophie was amazing to deal with, nothing was too much trouble, prompt email replies, always followed up, always answered the phone and when we were let down by the delivery company, she went above and beyond to get the delivery here.
