Our organisation has been using iVvy for our event registration software units for 3 years now. Our students are amazed at the ability to create a website so quickly. We love that the product is always evolving and improving. Our students have access to the most up to date event software system and are very well equipped to enter the corporate world. Flexible software and helpful staff.I've been implementing iVvy at a new venue for hire. While we do not have any catering aspects to our operations, iVvy has the ability to be tailored to our needs.Michelle our trainer has been delightful to work with. Friendly, supportive and 'can do' at all stages of our training. We have found all other contacts at iVvy to be similarly knowledgeable and helpful.The reporting that iVvy produces is well considered and easily able to be tailored to our needs.Once built, the system gives a lot of control over to the venue in terms of updating finance reconciliations, tailoring reports, updating fees, adding additional items etc.Set up of virtually every aspect of iVvy can be tweaked to meet a venue's specific needs.I would definitely recommend iVvy to venues looking for an affordable, efficient and elegant bookings solution.

iVvy was an absolute life saver when our conference and events business started picking up. Our trainer manager Melissa Jones was thorough and insightful when we first started using the system however it has been very straight-forward and easy to use from the get-go. One of the things they promise is the ability to put together a basic quote within 2 minutes through the system.. I haven't timed myself but it is effortless and very quick. The amount of customization available is also fantastic. Every venue is different and iVvy caters to anything you'd need.

We are loving the iVvy software, it is super user-friendly and therefore time efficient - a resource that anyone in event management cannot afford to waste. Further the flexibility offered by iVvy is a refreshing contrast to other event software we have previously used.IVvy is exceptionally easy to use also largely due to the comprehensive training provided by outstanding client support trainers. I cannot speak highly enough of how fantastic Meghann Stewart was throughout our entire training. She maintained her professional composure at the most irritating of questions, did not hesitate to re-address material and was super accomodating to our very busy schedules and every request. She is the perfect example of the sort of customer service most companies aspire to and is an asset to the iVvy team.

Wonderful, innovative catering platform. You can customize almost anything on the program. Before we had this we had to create the BEOs manually. However, with this platform alls, you have to do is plug the information in and TADA the BEO can be easily made. You can also have this program for group blocks. This is a wonderful program for Hotels that have meeting spaces and events frequently.
