Terrible service. Took two weeks for them to send my order and once it finally arrived it was wrong!!Constant disappointment with their lack of communication both on the phone and emails.. failed to get back to me on several occasions. Very frustrating experience.

I’ve received a text from Beautopia, I am pissed off that I cannot stop the unwanted ads. To opt out I must go to the store or call a landline , so I called and it rang out to a message saying Telstra regrets.... no phone exists... Your SMS ad doesn’t meet the guidelines, you must provide a monitored mobile or email to unsubscribe. You cannot funnel people into your store with your tactics and on principle I will never ever shop with you for being so ignorant. If I get one more unsolicited mailing, I’m taking you to a new world of pain.
