Cheap and best cleaning were fantastic! I couldn’t have been happier with my end of lease clean. Carpets were steam cleaned and the cleaning was immaculate. I had zero issues getting my bond back. The price was by far the best I got after multiple quotes by other companies and I do not hesitate to recommend to anyone who wants a thoroughly professional and well done cleaning job :)

Param did our Carpet steam cleaning and it was worth the price. It was slightly above the quote becasue we did not measure the size of our carpets and next time I would measure first before asking for a quote.Would be great if they were not an hour late and cleaned up the water on the floor after removing the machine from the hall. And also would appreciate not pressuring with text message reminders for a Google review.Overall: Good Value for money

The two people who came were on time and very professional. They were efficient and quick and did a thorough job. The price I paid was fair and reasonable. I would recommend them to everyone. Well done!

I got great service from this company as well the cleaners were punctual and cooperative. They made my carpet looking brand new. And I got my full bond . The price of the company was fair . I appreciate cheap and best cleaning services.

DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY! They are a scam!! I booked them for an end of lease clean, to which they arrived over an hour late for. After only 2 hours, they said they had completed the service however when I went back (with my real estate agent) to check, it was almost messier than when I had left it. They had not steam cleaned the carpet - or even vacuumed it. They had left a big red stain on my bedroom carpet. They had swept all the debris from inside into the hallway outside the door. None of my windows were wiped down. Toilet was dirty. Oven was dirty. I can go on forever.When I called Joshua to resolve this problem, they came back to fix it - ensuring they would resolve the problems. Yet again, I was left with mess.Trying to resolve this problem I was met with hostility & aggression from Joshua. He claimed it was in fact my real estate who left the rubbish & stains, saying they were just trying to keep my bond. He called me a “scam artist” for trying to get my money back. And hung up on me multiple times whilst on the phone.I have had to now pay for 2 companies to clean my apartment, as the first did not do their job.Once again - DO. NOT. BOOK. THIS. COMPANY.

However, after engaging Cheap & Best I was left amazed by the level of cleaning they were able to complete in such a short timeframe.
