Typical Aussie bakery - amazing pies, sausage rolls, pastries and tarts. Always busy, because it’s SO GOOD!Chicken, mushroom & leek pie was great! As was the fresh sausage roll & custard tart.

Takeaway pie was great (curry vegetable, not our first choice but all that was left) but our fault for arriving late in afternoon on Easter Saturday when most pies sold out and the slowest moving queue ever (only 1 person serving). Anyway Leura village has long suffered from mediocre dining options so this place isn't bad by comparison if you just want a pie.

Wow! I had the sausage roll, and it did not disappoint. Staff were very friendly and all the prices were very reasonable. Wide variety of pies, sausage rolls and deserts. Even when I spilled my coffee the staff offered me another one, will definitely be coming here again

Have had these pies on multiple occasions at different locations. The pies are always good - great pastry and filling. The filling is with chucks of meat. Highly recommend trying them out. My favourite is the lamb and kangaroo. Quality is consistent. I’ve purchased the pies cold to take home to bake in the oven and they taste just as good.

The pies here are fantastic. The pastry is nice and crispy, the peppered steak pie has big chunky beef and the mine pie tastes amazing.

We came here 3 days in a row because the pies are that good. The pastry is buttery soft and the filling is full of quality ingredients. The chicken tandoori was my favorite but honestly we almost tried every flavor between us and they were all great. Another hero was the spinach and ricotta sausage roll! Do not miss this Bakehouse if you are in the area

Ordered a mini rustici (spinach and ricotta), pepper steak pie and mince and potato pie.The spinach and ricotta was amazing. Unsure how to explain it but pastry was crunchy and flaky, and the filling was well balanced. Honestly one of the best I've ever had.Pepper steak pie was loaded with way too much pepper. I love pepper and usually put in twice as much as the average person does, but this tasted like it was drenched with pepper. The pie itself was quite good, but flavour was the letdown.Mince and potato pie was great. Well balanced and easy to eat. Tasted great, no complaints.Overall closer to 5 stars than 4, and would recommend visiting. Personally would visit again to try.

Really yummy pies - beef and Guinness pie is actually filled with chunks of beef rather than mince.

Pies were big and were served piping hot. The pie crust was flaky but soft enough and never too dry. The staff was great too!
