Aussie Rods n Reels

This guy is basically ripping people off, charging for parts not used and reel services not performed. Avoid him at all cost. Wish I’ve have know before.

Got a rod repaired and reeled serviced both were ready the day

This is my first time writing a review but feel the need to warn others .Service and repair..I was so happy with the price and fast turn around until I picked up my reels . 2x twin powers 80001x Saragossa 60001x Penn generation 55The Saragossa he did replaces the line roller bearing like I asked but ordered and charged me for 2The twin powers have 2 bearing in the line roller, he only ordered 2 in total but was in need of 4. I questioned him at the time of pick up about the noise and feel of line roller and got some lame reasoning..I then msged him the next day after use stating how dissatisfied I was with the noise and feel, and asked for an explanation of the extra Saragossa bearing and lack of twin power bearings on the receipt. I still have not had a reply..There was also still sand in the handle .The lil old Penn has come home running much rougher than before it went in .Extremely unsatisfying and disappointing experience .Do not use him

Excellent repair service. Also has great rods for sale. Highly recommended very great price.

While in Perth we dropped a couple of rods and reels off at Allan's to get repaired and serviced. We live in Karratha, within a short time we had them back from freight and using them with no problems. We recently got a rod built, that we could not find in the shops. It handles well, catching large fish. I highly recommend Allan
