Amazing Pool Renovations

We engaged Glen Burke from Amazing Pool Renovations to renovate our pool. We asked for all glass Beadcrete interior. We also had 3 rust spots in the pool that needed cutting out and repairing. He then supplied us with a plastic bead instead of glass bead. Then applied it straight over the rusted areas without fixing the problem. The interior was applied in a bad state of workmanship with a very rough and jagged finish to the tile line. He also removed the Hydro Static Valve from the bottom of the pool that caused the pool to leak and now it does not comply with Australian standards. When addressing theses issues with Glen, he became very argumentative and aggressive towards us. Glen then demanded his money and never returned to finish or rectify the problems he had caused. Glen also left our property in a terrible mess. I would not recommend Amazing Pool Renovations for your pool renovation.

I've called this company multiple times over the last 3 months requesting assistance with a leaking pool and have not received a call back. I'm constantly asked to leave messages with the receptionist and have marked the calls as urgent however no response. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Mick and his team did a great repair job on my pool - highly recommend them. Mick went just that bit further than expected fixing things that weren't in his quote for no extra money! 10 and of 10!

Shut down for this type of behaviour. Looks like a con job. They have shut up business, Move onto the next company if you want quality and professionalism.
