Exceptional Performance. Very strategic agent with good understanding of the local market. Was fortunate to be contacted by Sharon at an opportune time when I was considering selling. Sharon suggested an off market campaign due to a solid data base and we were successful in selling my apartment in less than four week from signing and two weeks from the first open. Great reception. Communication throughout tenancy was great. Unfortunately beyond this facade of professionalism they employ the cheap, sleazy tactics we’ve come to love in Sydney’s market. As if 1 year of paying exorbitant prices wasn’t enough they still had the gall to charge us around $800 from our bond. This charge included paint peeling from a moldy ceiling and mould stains caked into the balcony walls which looked like they were there since the place was built in the 70s. Harris Tripp are pleasant to your face but will throw you off a bridge for a quick buck in a heartbeat.Edit: I had to go back and forth to reduce the fee from $800+ to $170. Which is more evidence on how they were trying to overcharge in the first place. We had photo evidence regarding this fan claim, and this is why it was waived by the owner, as it was a groundless claim to begin with.Classic predatory behaviour especially during a recession.Not all tenants know how to dispute bond claims, especially during the stress of a move. HT is very aware and takes advantage of this.Our advice, as said in other reviews: Take photos of everything
