Great service!! Paul installed a new 3.4kw LG air con into our home this week. We are converting our garage into another bedroom and he was able to give us advice about what unit would best suit this size of a room. He was affordable and had great communication throughout the whole process. He was fast, efficient and friendly. Did the job well and even contacted an electrician to have it connected properly. He didn't have to but went out of his way to organise it all.Unit is working well and is all set for summer! Thanks again.

The quotes were about 4 times more than a normal quote. My 2.5kw was quoted $1550 installed. They cost about $500 on eBay. My down stairs aircon 3.5kw was quoted $3500 and $4500 dollars.I ended up doing a nice LG air-conditioner a 2.5kw it was a good professional install. Also, they were patient waiting to receive the payment. So those were the good factors.

AC Plus were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Paul installed 12 air conditioning units into 6 apartments for me. The time frame was tight but he did everything perfectly and on-time. Paul is very knowledgeable and does a very professional job. Tarvey also made the whole process run very smoothly with her excellent administration skills. Paul installed 5 split systems for us: 4 x 3.4 kW LG units, and 1 x 9.4 kW LG unit, in a two storey workers cottage.This was by far one of the best trade experiences we've had during our 5-year renovation. Professional, easy to deal with, friendly, did a very neat and tidy job, and as an added bonus offers very competitive pricing on both supply and install.He took his time to do things properly, treated the install as if he was working on his own home, and consulted with us to be sure we were happy with the placement of the indoor and outdoor units (especially since working on a 130 year old home inevitably means nothing is level so you need to make sure things look right, not simply find the level).
