Lack of leadership and urgency 30minute turn around for a burger. It’s either time someone steps up, stops talking around the water cooler or hire more staff.Your at an airport people expect fast food before there flight

I had a great experience with the Red Rooster in the GC airport. Willie was the only person serving and he was fast and friendly. It was busy but Willie was great. ☆☆☆☆☆ for me and we'll done Willie.

Having had very nice food in Sydney hours before my wife and I arrived here on September 22, 2018, the stuff here was pretty ordinary. However, it was nice to try our first meal ever in Gold Coast and the sitting inside the Airport was relaxing. Furthermore, the Coast welcomed us with blue sky and our objective of coming here was not for the roosters!

Surprisingly good. I had my doubts due to red rooster’s reputation, but I was pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed the spicy combo.

had the staff member roll her eyes and scoff at me due to her bad service. Was out of chicken tenders and all chicken that is put in burgers and when i asked what the alternative was i was scoffed at. She also gave me the wrong drink and when i asked for it changed I received a foul attitude. Food is below average and extremely peppery, better customer service and having the only thing you sell (chicken) in stock would increase your chances.

It's a fast food joint catering to fried chicken based food at the airport Comes fast, come mes hot, has the same taste as outside, and airport rates... Can't really fault it for that now.

The most disgusting service, 20 minute wait for one meal which I didn’t receive due to such slow service. I paid $20 for a meal I couldn’t eat. Being at an airport especially, you would think a fast food place wouldn’t be so ridiculously slow. Worst fast food place.

Service was serviceable, he didn't go above nor below. However, he did forget to give. e my hashbrown, and sauce.We ordered a ripped roll, it was soggy and cold. My brekky wrap was cold, and the cheese not even melted like advertised. If we weren't starving, we probably wouldn't have finished the meal, so it was edible but I wouldn't go back again for cold food.
