BCE and CJ Electrical

I have dealt with BCE & CJ Electrical a few times now have always found them to be professional, on time and well priced. I highly recommend them.

We were very happy to re-book the guys at BCE & CJ Electrical to do further work at our house, this time to connect and set up our Under Tile Heating system and install our LED Mirror in the bathroom. Once again, the quality of the service, punctuality and work was of a very high standard. Highly recommend. Thank you guys, great work.

My bathroom light exploded on Tuesday Morning. Both my kids were going to be out so I rang C J Electrical and asked them to attend on Wednesday. I asked for an electrician with initiative. They responded admirably. My son liaised with the young electrician and I had left a note of requests. The electrician fixed the light, fixed the problem in our roof that caused the problem with the light. Installed a new fitting, an exhaust fan and two new smoke detectors, all of which he chose. He did this all for a very reasonable price, gave me a phone consultation on some other fittings I need to buy, recommending the best way to do this cost effectively and cleaned up after himself. What else can I say but If you need an electrician

We installed a rangehood in April 2017, there was just one guy came to the house and it took him a few hours to finish his job, I was pregnant 38 weeks at that time and he asked me several times to lift up the rangehood for him because he couldn’t do his job probably without help. I don’t think it is a good idea for you guys to arrange only one person if the job couldn’t be done by himself. There was really dangerous for me as well. Finally we paid $498.85 for the installation.Unfortunately, the rangehood was fallen off in November 2018, around 1.5 years after installation. I rang the company and ask them come to fix it. The house is under management by the real estate agent and the property manager talked to them tenants’ contact number. First time, they didn’t contact the tenant. Second time, I rang again, they arrange a time with the tenant maybe in December 2018. Recently, I have been told by the agent that there was no one came to fix it so far even someone has arrange a time with tenant.I really don’t understand, how come you guys costed me nearly $500 to install a rangehood but just broken after 1.5 years? Why there is no one contact me or agenct or tenants to arrange another time to fix it so far? Do you guys have any common sense what is right customer service? Don’t you think it is really dangerous for a pregnant woman to help you lift up the rangehood? I hope it could be someone contact us ASAP to fix it recently!!!!!

app made for them to come for a quote between 10am - 12pm on Friday ... waited until 1.30pm, no one turned up or contacted me ... rang company and was told that they thought it was between 1pm - 2pm. Organized for another app for quote for today between 10am - 12pm ... waited until 1pm and once again no one turned up ... got home, rang their number and told them not to bother .... not impressed in the least !!!!!
