I have been coming to The Beauty Room since the day they opened and I can honestly say I've always experienced amazing service and beautiful , effective treatments in a beautiful and clean salon. I always leave feel pampered and cared for and my skin looks great ! The product prescriptions are always spot on for my skin and they do the best brow shaping in the business . I 100 percent recommend The Beauty Room !!

My daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful morning being pampered at The Beauty Room. Professional diagnosis of our different skin requirements resulted in facials tailored to our needs. We both left with glowing skin and feeling pampered. An added bonus was our therapists suggested daily plan to keep our skin in top condition and educate my daughter on how to keep her skin looking good.

A great treatment overall. However I found the staff very salesy as they refused to provide me with list of the products they recommend for my skin unless you buy them at their salon. As prices in a salon are as per RRP I find that I have to go online to buy my creams wbere the same product is $20 cheaper per cream. I was a very happy customer when I left the treatment room but after being told that I won't find out what products I use unless I buy it from them I am not as satisfied anymore unfortunately. I feel that the price you pay for a treatment should at least include a list of recommended products, no matter where I choose to buy them.

I absolutely adore the facials at the beauty room!!! The staff are so lovely and helpful with treating all types of skin. What I love about the beauty room is that they are not afraid to extract pimples but are also so careful with your skin. I would never get a facial anywhere else.
