Such a great gym, never thought I’d be a cross fitter but I love it. The trainers are knowledgeable, the classes push me and keep me interested. The gym isn’t full of competition and ego but rather fun and support. They also have a great timetable, allowing me to train around my other commitments regularly. It is also well maintained, clean and equipped! Love it, thanks HJ!!
