Alfie had the time of her life with Maddy & the Bau’s gang. She was so well looked after we worried she wouldn’t want to come home. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Maddie and Jordan have been caring for our cat and dog for the last 2 years. We have had healing sessions, day care dates and grooming appointments with Bau’s and we have received the best service every time. Maddie and Jordan truly love the animals they care for and it shows as our animals never want to leave after spending time with these 2 lovely humans. We are very particular about the way our dog is groomed and Maddie and Jordan always take our opinion into consideration. We receive compliments regularly about how handsomely our dog is groomed and it’s all thanks to Bau’s. The services provided offer great value for money in metro Melbourne. I cannot recommend Bau’s more highly, you will love them just like we do.

I recently rehomed a 4 year old female Brussels Griffon and sought out Bau’s help when my little lady had trouble settling in. Jordan and Maddison helped me to understand her signals and behaviour which meant I could be less anxious about our journey together. Maddison did some Bowen therapy adjustments with my girl that had fantastic results on her anxiety and toilet issues. Bau’s also helped me to socialise my girl so that she could settled into her environment with the help of a gentle canine friend to guide her.Jordan and Maddison are seasoned animal care professionals but they also understand the experience of dog owners. Their services attend equally to both and I think that’s what makes them so fantastic. I would highly recommend.

Our dog stayed with Maddi and Jordan for a week. We were last minute for Australia day weekend, and they kindly offered to take him in. One of the best vacation we ever had because they updated us with photos daily, putting our minds at ease knowing our boy was also having a nice vacation. He played in the water, ran with other dogs, was stimulated with toys/games. Jordan picked him up and dropped him off. I highly recommend them and will definitely leave our dog with them again. Thank you very much for taking care of him and for the beautiful photos!

Can not recommend Baus highly enough. My girls do day plays weekly and stay whenever I have to head out of town.Maddi and Jordan’s communication and updates are amazing, along with photos and the level of care is on par with what my spoilt dogs are accustomed to at home.Thank you for everything and Frankie and Frej can’t wait for their 3 big October weekends with you all!

I can 100% recommend Bau’s Backyard and their services. My fur baby Winston has been getting Bowen therapy from Maddi for years and he’s a rambunctious 8 year old pug, which I credit to the Bowen therapy. I trust Maddi and Jordan implicitly with Winston. Winston loves staying with them when he has sleep overs. The service is amazing; pick up and drop off, which helps so much. Maddi sends me pictures, videos and little updates every day so I can see how happy my little man is while staying with them. So lucky we have Maddi and Jordan to look after our prince.

Extraordinary insight into dog behaviour and psychology. Helped me greatly with my Daxi Reggie who was a terror to say the least. Wish there was more around like these two. Will be using again without hesitation.
