在Salisbury 工作近十年，无意中才发现它， 一个非常优质的残疾人看护和年长着照顾机构， 一群致力于帮助，服务于弱势群体专业团队，充满爱心， 把客户当作亲人，朋友 提供各类家政服务，就医，交通，购物，清洁，花园打理等按照您的需要定制提供力所能及的帮助， 首席执行官Kamal 从业多年，经验丰富， 手下员工各司其责，都是精挑细选，热忱服务于看护照管工作， 视客户为第一的宗旨。每个星期四的 社区 都让每位 参与者 想回家一样。 我有幸作为实习学生在那里见习，深深感动着。我的师傅 Budha 就是一位出色的代表，他做过年长者照管，残疾人特服，有幸和他工作近百个小时，客户每一个肢体语言或动作，他就知道或明白其中的意思和内涵，做出准确的应对，化解问题， 当客户情绪低落，他用自己的表演天赋活跃气氛，马上就云消雾散，他真正做到融入客户的生活圈里成为朋友，家庭的成员， 他常常研究如何让客户更独立，让客户的主张变为现实。他懂得如何运用各种技巧是客户利益最大化，我所接触和工作过的同僚如 Tara， Dilli， Kunu 各个都是好样的。 我感到荣幸我的见习从这里开始，感激导师Budha先生无私的传授， 谢谢 Kamal先生给我的机会和他的团队帮助 还有 Tara， Dilli， Kunu 赐教。After working in Salisbury for nearly ten years, I discovered it accidently , a premium Disability care instition -- SA Disability Care Salisbury Branch,a group of professional teams empower and highly respect vulnerable people , caring and treating the clients as relatives, friends, offering vareity kinds of services, such as appointment , free transportation, shopping, cleaning, gardening , etc. according to your needs customerized to assistant with . CEO Kamal has been in the industry for many years and has great experience, and his staff perform their own responsibilities. They are all carefully selected and dedicate to endevor their daily tasks who regard customers as the first purpose. Thursdays'community activity , every participants feel that they are a family and are in their home . I was lucy to do 120 hurs student placement there and I was deeply moved.My master Budha is a brillaint representative. He has been worked on both disability care and aged care in many places, It was my honor to work with him for nearly a hundred hours. He knows or understands the meaning and connotation of the client body language or movement of the client. , Make accurate responses and resolve problems. When a customer is depressed, he uses his acting talent to activate the atmosphere, and the cloud disappears immediately. He truly integrates into the client’s life circle and becomes a friend and family member. He often studies how to make the clients being more independent, making their propositions a reality. He manupulates how to use various techniques to maximize the benefits of the client . The colleagues I have contacted and worked with, such as Tara, Dilli, and Kunu, are all excellent I feeled glory that my intership started here. Thank Mr. Kamal for giving me the opportunity and your team’s help and collebration . I am grateful to my mentor--Mr. Budha for his selfless teaching and Tara, Dilli, Kunu for yours a number of advice to me.
