I went to Tracy’s class lately. She was amazing and was able to teach the class in English and Mandarin seamlessly as she knew she had both speakers in her class. I love her music too. It brings more emotion to the practice for me. Fantastic class thank you

Nice space, but the teacher just stayed at the front of the class calling the sequence, no teaching or personalised attention whatsoever, didn't even ask about injuries or experience before the class.

Yoga Theory it's been a wonderful experience! The teachers are very kind, warm and professional. They give us explanations and different options during the practice. The studio is beautiful and always clean. They provide all the yoga props needed (u can bring your own too). 100% recommendable!

Beautiful studio with caring and experienced instructors. I started with the beginner-level Balance and Stretch class, and within a few months, I was ready for the more advanced Vinyasa class. I am noticibly stronger and more flexible because of it.Ben is a lovely owner/instructor, and everyone else I've met here has been fantastic too. And there's social events too! I love coming here.

Ben and Margaretha are really amazing. The classes are fantastic. Their guidance and tips always help make this place worth coming to regularly.The yoga studio is serene and has very peaceful and satisfying vibes.

Yoga Theory has been a positive experience so far. Replies to any queries come quickly and the staff are very friendly and helpful with all the questions newbies have! The 2 different classes I have attended have met my expectations and always include the different levels certain poses can be taken at. Highly recommend!

Great Space. This place helps me destress, stretch and unwind. Thank you. I am always busy and wish there were more available class. They uses to have Mid class.

What a beautiful space full of positive energy that has no doubt been carefully and thoughtfully cultivated. The yoga teachers are all so genuinely kind and passionate about the practice they share. After exploring other yoga studios in the city and feeling very disappointed I feel fortunate for finding Yoga Theory and extremely grateful for the space that they hold.
