Jeff was an absolute legend. He is highly experienced and it shows in his understanding of all aspects of his work. He was communicative and punctual which is very important to me as I was very nervous buying my first house. He was very welcoming of questions and answered them honestly and professionally. Jeff is an extremely dedicated and professional communicator who was very diligent and thorough with his building and pest inspection he recently completed for us. Jeff was very prompt attending site and spent good quality time going through the property in fine detail. His very detailed report was submitted shortly thereafter. Jeff was very professional from the onset. His email response was courteous and professional with a straightforward information about services and how to book the inspection.On the day of inspection Jeff arrived promptly, changed his shoes and advised me how he would go about the inspection. Jeff proceeded to do the inspection and asked any questions as he went along.
