As a small business owner I really appreciate great service. Last week we had a lockdown in Melbourne and Vicki at Budget Bin Hire was remarkable. I called back 3 times before my bin was delivered as more information was available on the lockdown. Each time my request was handled professionally and with empathy. I decided to reschedule the bin as a precaution until I knew exactly what was going on. The bin is now rebooked for this week. I highly recommend this business as they provided a stellar performance when things got a bit tricky.

I got quoted $775 incl. council fees for an 8m3 skip located on the road outside our house, when I checked my credit card I had been charged $810 plus a separate $30 for council fees which in total was $65 more than I was quoted. I never recieved a receipt so I have no idea what the extra cost was for. I was subsequently contacted by Budget Bin Hire who explained how the additional costs were added and they subsequently refunded the additional costs. In terms of the bin hire itself, everything went smothly, no complaints.

I have used Budget Bins for many years. Recently we had to clear out a hoarder's house. The delivery of bins from Budget Bins was first class as was the changeover of bins. In total we removed 140 cubic metres of rubbish. Budget Bins were great - on time and on budget. Highly recommended.

Says they service Victoria but won't deliver a bin to Whittlesea, which is about 20 - 25 klms from their yard.
