I came here for a tailored tux for my wedding last year. Can't recommend this place highly enough. My stylist Ella made me feel welcomed with a drink, talked me through what I wanted and measured me up all in about an hour.Tux came out perfectly and I looked fantastic on the day.

Please, carefully reconsider your experience here if you are choosing INSTITCHU for an important event. We have been dealing with this company since May 2022. We placed our first order in November 2022 and three alterations later and a week out from my wedding I still don't have a suit that fits me.Completely frustrating and underwhelming experience. We have had to purchase another suit off the rack and have it tailored to fit because INSTITCHU have been unable to provide what they promise.A quick Google search (Reddit, EasyWeddings, Whirlpool, ProductReview) will show you that multiple people have had similar experiences with this company and that my review is reflective of a broader issue within this organisation.Let me save you the time, effort and heartache. Go somewhere else.

Such a great experience. The whole team were wonderful but we cannot praise our consultant tailor Ella enough. Such a pleasure to work with. Ella was so helpful in making our vision a reality. Other tailors tried to talk us out of what we wanted but Ella excited it to perfection. Thank you for being a part of our special day. So many compliments on our suits. We love them so much.

My wedding experience with InStitchu was perfect, from start to finish, thanks to my stylist Ella Han.From the initial consultation with my fiancée, to the suit fittings with my groomsmen (along with the large amount of complimentary beverages), Ella was a professional. While I wear a suit to work, I wouldn't say I'm the most stylish gent around, so it was nice to get guidance and recommendations from Ella while at the same time accommodating my own desires and budget. It was great to have my vision executed so perfectly, with the exact amount of finesse required from a style professional.I was very impressed with the process as a whole, I'm still receiving compliments about my red jacket costume change (had to match the bride's energy), and I'm already planning my next trip to InStitchu with Ella for a new round of office suits.

I have been a happy customer of InStitchu for over 4 years now. I find their stylists understand your body type, personality, work requirements and suggest fabrics/styles/fit etc. accordingly which is valuable. I was recently assisted by Ella Han whose styling knowledge helped me get a very sharp looking business suit. Her advise and suggestions on small nuances of styling really helped and I thoroughly enjoyed the interactions of getting something tailored to my requirements. I feel that a good suit gives me a whole lot of confidence when I am meeting clients.

Came for suits for my wedding party. Amazing service by Alice. Very patient and thorough even when my wife to be decide to turn up. She went through all the options and provided some sound advice. Suit and shirt turned out perfect after one fitting. Been back for more suits since then. Highly recommended

Went here for a wedding consult and I could not be any happier. My stylist Annabel was soo helpful in helping me pick out out my favourite suit. They have a plethora of fabrics and materials available you’ll get lost in all the options. Could not recommend this place more. Looking forward to working with these guys.

To start, it’s amazing to walk into an outstanding heritage building in Sydney CBD, the foyer is amazing and that’s only the beginning. We have been looked after by Rebecca in which not only does bring a great attitude but she also has an outstanding, and fun nature. If you are looking to get any suit; being a wedding, work or even causal, it’s a must quote as they will tailor to every need that you desire.

We had a very mixed experience with Institchu for our wedding. Our initial consult was excellent, Rebecca our stylist made us feel very comfortable and was extremely helpful. However the problems started once the suits were made. Institchu failed to contact us once the suits were in resulting in a very rushed alteration appointment. One of the boys suits was completely wrong and way too small. So another suit had to be rush made for him. In the end, they were all made on time but the lack of communication and clear error with sizing was not ideal only weeks out from the wedding
