I'm usually quite nervous going to a hairdresser for the first time, but this was not the case here. Very attentive, and a very detailed cut. It also doesn't hurt that it's a very peaceful space, almost as though you're walking into a yoga studio!

Jen is very accomodating! A true professional and listened to what I wanted and nothing was too much trouble. Very reasonable pricing. This is my new go to hairdresser. Thanks Jen!!

VERY happy with my haircut! I went from mid-rib length to just below the shoulder. Jen took her time, communicated well, listened and gave me exactly what I had asked for and also made sure that I was happy.I've always been very hesitant getting my haircut as I've been to many places which charge exorbitant amounts ($60+) for a 30minute haircut and have left being unhappy because they don't tend to listen and they like to add their own 'style' to the haircut rather than giving the client what they want/asked for. Because of this, I used to get my mum, who is not a hairdresser, to do a simple straight cut, for free.As my mum could no longer cut my hair, a friend referred Jen to me, and I am very happy that she did. Jen charged me $45 (very reasonable). I received great service, I am very happy with my haircut, and I will definitely be going to see her again.

I had an amazing experience at the My Hair House by Jen. There was so much care taken with my hair, of which I have never experienced at any other salon. I was treated with respect and kindness and I was listened to.The ladies have amazing knowledge of how to treat and look after your hair. I am very particular about my hair, colour and care. I am very happy, Thank you!Will be going again and again.

Really upset with the haircut I got on Friday afternoon. I'd been here 3 times previously and had the same girl who did a good job. This time I got a man I hadn't seen there before.He wasn't listening when I said what I wanted and unsurprisingly, the cut I got was terrible. All the while, the woman I think is the owner was sitting at the counter just staring but didn't help at all.I've now had to spend another $70 at a different hairdresser to try and correct the shape, and now have to wait another 3 or 4 months for it to grow back.Absolutely devastated.
