Dear Stella J,I find it strange that you claim that it took ages to pick up the phone, since if we are all busy with other clients, the phone will ring for 20 seconds and then go to my message-bank so that I can call you back. As to your comment about doing a quote on your computer we prefer a website quote typed by yourself, particularly when we cannot hear you clearly, so that we have the correct email address and details. If our standard quote form does not cover your requirements, then just make any special request in the notes section of the quote form. We will then have your correct contact details and will call you back. All our quotes are detailed and customised to your requirements, and to give the best service we really do need to know what you want.

Concerning the false review posted by “Tom Davidson” CD-ROM Services have no record or memory of this unidentifiable person or his malicious untrue and incorrect comments or even his imaginary visit to our premises.It is just not possible for 'cd' ink to peel off since we print directly tothe disc using special high quality disc printers.His note about the sound being bad is absurd, since a CD stores it datadigitally, so the sound is an exact copy of the disc supplied. Additionallyall our discs are double verified and we use only the very best qualitymedia available.Any rare complaint is courteously solved by us to keep our customers happy and ensure their return.We do not know “Tom’s” murky motives, business or contact, but we believe that he may be a supplier of faulty services that we wanted to sue after unsuccessfully applying to for a refund, but whom we now believe to be unstable.If you have been a real customer we greatly appreciate any honest review. Terrible service, very rude.

AWFUL service! Took ages to pick up the phone and when asked for a quote, they replied - WHY CANT YOU DO THAT FROM YOUR COMPUTER?!"........SPEECHLESS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED "BUSINESS"....."

An experience I would love to forget. The cd's we had done were of such bad quality. The ink started peeling off, the sound was bad. When we explained this to Bernard the owner, he got angry and aggressive and told us to get out of his premises. He could see no problem with this quality. After requesting a refund he told us To Bad ". We spent good money with this guy and this is how he treats his customers. Find another place to go to that will give you value and respect."
