Our family has been seeing Jay for many years. Jay is extremely helpful, patient & understanding. Jay is very supportive and he is a great therapist for all ages. Jay has a great understanding and very easy to talk to. Elly his therapy dog is a new addition and she is delightful. Jay also offers equine therapy which is extremely helpful. Highly recommend Jay

Dr J (as my 10 yr old son calls him) is amazing. So patient and has not only helped my son but also myself navigate my new world or autism, mental health and other things . Just like himself his receptionist is lovely and always happy to have a chat and help you in any way she can .My son is obsessed with Ellie and is loving spending time with her in his sessions. Would highly recommend reaching out to the thriving now team .

Jay and his team of kind professionals at Thriving Now have been amazing. Teenage son has really benefited by having Jay connecting with him on a regular basis, creating a safe space, working towards setting and achieving his goals. Building social and emotional skills. Access to a variety of group therapies such as horse riding and D&D connecting with other teens in a friendly setting. Highly recommend Jay and his team Thriving Now!
