Great product, water warms up very quickly

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Andrew. He really knows exactly what he's doing, clearly communicates what needs to be done, completes the job in a timely manner, has fair pricing, and above all is friendly and considerate. I bought a Northsolar NS-200WB hot water system. The system worked great for 14 months. At which time the tanks internal copper heat exchanger developed a hole and the system failed. Northsolar sent a replacement tank which again failed after only 2 months.In short a great idea but poorly manufactured.Save yourself a headache and money and don’t buy one of these systems.

The quality of this product is very poor. Especially the paper thin frame with miss-matching slots/holes for assembly. It also rusts quickly. Two 12V pumps failed. The first was replaced by North Solar, the second I threw into the bin. I bought a replacement from a better supplier and it is fine. I get so annoyed with cheap Chinese design and poor manufacture.

We dealt with Andrew who was a fountain of knowledge. He explained how the sytem works and how even a mechanically challenged person like myself could assemble and install the sytem.The result was brilliant. A fantastic looking solar system on the North facing roof of our house. I monitored our bottle gas usage before the solar tank installation and then after. In July with the least amount of sun, the system saved us over a litre of LPG per day. In summer I think the savings will double or tripple. I think the system will pay itself back in less than 2 years. I wish all my investments had returns like this!!!

This is the first time I have dealt with Andrew and his business and I must say he is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous to your needs. Not only that, I purchased a large number of nucs from Andrew for the first time and I must say I was amazed by the quality and condition of the bees. The nucs in my opinion were first class, full of brood and larvae, incredibly healthy with strong with calm bees and strong brood patterns.
