Great Customer Service , and always helpful, but I wish your opening hours were longer. I as an older student wished you were opened longer, especially when computers and printers can be faulty at times at home. Also where your study desks are next to the window, you have your power points at floor level. The plug from my Mac Book Pro did not fit into the power point as it was not high enough off the floor.I feel sorry for young people studying VCE, who cannot go to the library all afternoon and evening to study every night', as some households with younger siblings can be noisy and distracting. Demographic research for the area states the majority people in the area, are families in Rosebud , made up of mixture of family types, two parent families with children, blended families, single parent families and other types of families.I would like to see more interactive courses that offer certificates and other qualifications, that people could do online for a small fee. After looking at the Demographics of the area, we need to educate our community, moving forward so we can teach our children that welfare is not the only income stream. RTO's do offer some services with courses but in my experience this is very limited with little choice of courses and the willingness of RTO's to spend the money on courses to help. Please consider.

It's a library... So, you know books and stuff. The staff were friendly, approachable and helpful

Really good library with friendly library staff. They will help you out when you need a book order. But the library needs to extend its selection as my feedback. The selection of books is not larger enough and if they extend there book selection which will make a larger section where lots of people can borrow.

Thank you guys for all the support and kindness and I’ll always appreciate your job and your hard work. I just wanna recognize all of you about your efforts on daily basis . All of You are nice as well as excellent staff members and I admire all of your work .

Great space for young and old alike, with many activities to suit.Cafe will soon re open and is nice place to catch up with friends or to have that culpa and read

The Rosebud Library has something for everyone! Computers with internet access, a marvelous collection of books, DVDs, and more; quiet places to read, story time for young ones and exceptional holiday programs. My grandchildren love that the first place we go when they come to stay is our Library.
