A huge thank you to the incredible Paddy McCann from McCann Media who was a talented and professional technical addition to our 2022 summit crew, managing all things social and digital in the lead up and across the delivery of our three day dynamic national youth leadership and development event - Luminosity Youth Summit. The Summit has inspired over 3000 young people across the last decade challenging and uplifting 15 - 25 year olds to explore dangerous ideas for success inspiring courage, creativity, connection, entrepreneurship and excellence.This year was a very special year being our decade celebration launching our ALL STAR edition featuring the best speakers from across the last ten years - we needed to ensure our social media storytelling, visuals and reach were of the highest quality and impact. Paddy brought all of the goods to this event with an incredible eye for detail, visual storytelling, creativity, professionalism and commitment ensuring that our Luminosity community were well informed, inspired and connected. Paddy went the extra mile to ensure all of our event partners were profiled and featured and that key speakers were highlighted and profiled to drive interest and participation. Paddy was on the ground across the summit itself capturing all the behind the scenes moments and energy of this special event.
