Went in today as my vacuum seemed to be blocked and wasn’t working as effective as it could. Henry went above and beyond to unblock, clean and ensure I left with my Hoover working well. His service today will ensure my loyalty to the store and I’ll continue to refer others in

Talk about customer service at its finest! Justin and Wendy were so helpful. It was my first time in the store and whilst they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, I will definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a vacuum or carpet cleaner to go there! You will be looked after. Justin is so knowledgeable and knows everything about vacuums. Give Godfreys Maroochydore a try, you won't be disappointed!.

The staff is very helpful indeed. Henry went out of his way to fix an old vacum cleaner for me. He could have tried to sell me a new one, but instead he fixed the old one. Well done and full marks to Henry.. I have recommended this particular shop to friends and will go back again, when I do need a new vacuum cleaner.Great customer service. Thank you to all the staff at the Maroochydore store.

The hands down best store ive visited! Justin was above average in his approach, not pushy at all, super helpful & patient. His mannerisms were delightful, left us smiling & he definitely made an impression. Chris was also very helpful. Tempted to drive the extra hour to revisit when needing products than my local store. Who you have as the face of your business plays a big part, Godfrey's got this team right! Thanks guys!

I dropped in to the store this morning with a cordless vacuum that they don’t service however Henry the store owner didn’t bat an eyelid, checked out the issue and went about fixing it. That’s what I call amazing customer service!!I purchased a steam mop from this store last year which is awesome and I know when my “other” vacuum finally gives up the ghost I will be on their doorstep once again. Highly recommended.

I called in to this store on the chance that they might have a replacement part for a Miele vacuum cleaner. The customer service was outstanding! The part I needed is apparently difficult to get, but Henry rang around and managed to find one at his Kawana store. He arranged to pick it up and have it in Maroochydore for me to collect the next day. And told me there was no charge! I am so impressed with this level of service. I would not hesitate to recommend Henry and his team at Godfreys Maroochydore to anyone looking to buy a new vacuum cleaner or to get advice on repairs.

Wow. What a great shopping experience! I went in with a vacuum cleaner not keen on doing its job expecting the worst. The owner took one look, new exactly what is was and fixed it quick and easy. Such amazing service! I was thoroughly impressed. Will certainly go back for my next one!!! Highly recommend. Thankyou for your genuine and amazing service!!
