Worst real estate I've ever dealt with , slow on maintenance, completely misunderstanding when it comes to how money is transferred through different banks, will gladly stuff up your rental ledger because it takes 2-3 business days to transfer between different banks, not only that but are very invasive with your privacy. Do not recommend

Worst experience I've ever had with a real estate company never rent with Freemans if you can help it, they're rude lie to the owners when they don't get their way and when they send you links telling you when someone is coming over to fix things they're always expired and they get annoyed when you call to ask them what it is. If I could give a zero star rating I wouldThe only reason this company has good reviews is because of people that rented from them 5 years ago before the previous owners sold the company or the owners who line their pockets cause they treat them like humans/ royalty beacuase they're walking cash to freemans

Fantastic customer service, weren't even our real estate agent as ours had let us down terrible, they helped us out very caring and professional. Lovely Manager Jill was the only one that solved our problem out well done to Freemans.

We rented through Freeman’s for 5 years. The Property management team, are amazing. Rae and Rhonda are always friendly and get any repairs sorted quickly. I can’t recommend them highly enough. ❤️

Administration is pathetic! Property management staff useless! I was given a notice to leave [Unit Sold] Met with property Manager Jo (JANSSEN) - Absolutely useless. Should be fired for gross incompetency! Had printed firm from link on their own email that came with RTA notice to leave form. A total f… up thereafter. Submitted a RTA form Notice of intention to leave on (11/11), 2022. Discussed things with above said property manager. On (25/11), 2022 I replied to a message asking me if I was arranging bond/carpet cleaners? One day after RTA Notice of intention to leave became effective [I was settled in new accomodation] I got a email telling me vacate date is coming up soon! AVOID FREEMAN ESTATES!

Amanda and her staff were very helpful, and patient, when it came to selling my late sister’s house. Always doing their best and keeping us updated at all times. Even keeping an eye on the property as we live in Brisbane. I would highly recommend them.

Pretty much all the staff are useless. Property manager J* needs to learn how to do its job. 4 months of mould and still was there when we moved out. Personally items were damaged and was told numerous times the owner (Ranga) would get them cleaned (all phone calls recorded) and nothing ever happened. Owner Ranga was useless as well. Couldn't fix anything it tried and the EPA will be getting in touch with it for dumping grease trap waste into paddock. All recorded. Will be keeping a eye out to see if it rents or sells will making everyone aware of how many issues are wrong with the house. Power bill for one month was $340 and two other months were very high also but I got told that Owner Ranga didn't want to put any money towards it as we didn't tell Freeman's that the pump was running flat out. Then got told by J* that it has the same set up at its house and guaranteed that we would of been able to hear the pump running. Which is not true. Everything from the photos, videos and recording have been passed on to QCAT. Also tried to charge us for a hole in a bedroom door that was reported in the pre-inspection form but because J* is that useless it missed it. My name is shown for everyone to see this review I havnt use its real names but your more than welcome to get into with me. Don't rent or buy 181 Lankowski Road. Can’t thank Callie Lynagh and Kate Urqhart enough from freeman’s for all their help. They have both been amazing to deal with. Callie has supported and gone above and beyond to achieve a happy outcome.Would highly recommend this realestate.

The service this real estate provide is absolutely abysmal, agents attend inspections smelling of alcohol. threatening lease extensions without permission due to under staff under qualified agents. they charge you for the previous tenants damages and mess of property the threaten with legal action when disputed. to be honest impressive operation similar to drugs cartels business model well done guys keep it up, criminals.
