As a person who hates getting her hair cut and is never happy when I leave the salon....I can 100% recommend this salon. I had a massive smile on my face even before my cut was finished. Karen was so knowledgeable and helpful, she knew about curly hair and how to get the most of the Curls. She informed me that I have psoriasis on my scalp that no one had every told me and ways to treat it.Best hairdressers I've been too and I will be returning!

I had the most wonderful experience at Loxx on Saturday! I had my hair styled for an engagement party, and the stylist gave me such beautiful waves. I received so many compliments on my hair! I was worried my hair wouldn't hold a curl (as I had my hair styled as a bridesmaid for a wedding the month prior — which flattened quickly), and the lovely Paris ensured that my hair not only held a curl that lasted WELL into the next day, but my hair stayed smooth and silky the whole time (no crunchy feeling at all!). It is no exaggeration to say that this is the best curl I've ever had from a salon. She was also bubbly and made me feel very comfortable in the chair, and was perfectly punctual.I am not in the Shire often, but whenever I have a formal event in the area I will only be using Loxx from now on. Thank you so much for stellar service!

Highly skilled colourists and cutters, I trust these girls for thier advice on every visit. Long lasting blow drys and the latest techniques are a given. Karen and her team truly care about thier clients experience in the salon; ensuring the highest leves of hygeine and cleanliness, offering advice on styles and product purchases, and overall delivering a relaxing pampering service. I wouldn't go anywhere else and can't recommend any of the Loxx team highly enough.
