Great club with great instructors. This is a welcoming place where nothing is forced on you but it will challenge your fitness and teach you some very useful defensive skills.

I've trained at Braveheart for 4 years now. It's one of the best places to learn practical self defense that works in EVERY situation. Love this place and the culture. Would 100% recommend for anyone wanting to learn self defense. Easy to learn and effective!

I have been training with Matt for a few months and everytime I finish the sessions I come away with a smile on my face. The way Matt coaches with his training methods provided me with much more confidence and understanding how to effectively defend myself from possible attacks. The self defence is safe, easy to understand, will greatly improve your fitness and you will gain an understanding of possible threats and how to quickly deal with them. No matter what sex, how young or old you are I would strongly recommend Bravèheart Krav Maga and thanks Matt for being a great coach not just a trainer.
