I purchased a vehicle (Toyota Camry) from Ireland's in December last year. Being a used vehicle I only received 3 months Warranty. After 6 months the air conditioning compressor called it a day. On approaching Hayden in the used car department he very kindly...in goodwill arranged and had a new air con fitted...at no cost to me.For which I am very grateful. Full marks to Ireland used vehicle department.

Very good experience. Jamie was professional throughout the whole process. Made everything very simple from deposit through to delivery. My only grumble would be trying to sell me paint and fabric products, window tinting and crash cams that the car already had.

He even helped me to do a third party inspection in cairns. He was always quick in responding and friendly. When I received the car, it was in an immaculate condition. David, I appreciate your help.

2 stars for Matty the salesman who was pleasant - not your typical gold-chain-wearing tosser. Accounts dept. needs to do their job. How about more care and a sense of urgency? Maybe putting yourself in the customer's place? Just another typical car yard with little integrity or care that chose not to do the right thing unfortunately.

Do not Buy or Service a vehicle with Irelands.Poor customer service by poor communicating, money hungry salesman.Aftersales service team and service department couldn't find an oil leak in a second hand vehicle they sold me (still under statutory warranty) after 3 visits. Will not warrant the vehicle and blames it on a senior management decision.Vehicle also had evidence of rat damage to electrics to which they would not fix.Customer service is not their priority.Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.I cannot post this review with zero stars, I am unhappy that I have to give them 1 star.

Holden customer care has been less than helpful since purchasing a BRAND NEW Cascada, as many major problems in as many years.. at 6 years old, I have had turbo issues, gasket issues, ignition barrel issues, major oil leaks and for the last year they can't work out where rain gets in to fill the car and after 3 fixes they still can't stop it and keep insinuating they want to charge me to replace carpets?!?!It took 3 days for Mitsubishi to completely replace my engine when I had my first gasket issue with the vehicle after 10 years of ownership... 3 DAYS! NEW ENGINE! They got 5 stars!
