Gary and Carly are unbeatable. Gar always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied, Carly is always a very pleasant face and very accommodating when trying to find parts etc. I absolutely love heading down to Autobarn Erina to get what I need for my weekend projects. I highly recommend them over the other auto shops in the area.

Went in just to have a look around the new store. Very impressed by the range of items they have. I was in the market for a new Rhino Rack platform for my car and was pleasantly surprised that they had everything in stock, they also happily price matched a quote I got from an on-line supplier saving me $$$. The team are great to deal with and know there stuff. Will definitely be back in the future.

Looked here for a roof rack, found what I needed , they installed that day, a bit of a wait, but very happy with work completed

I was very disappointed with the service I received from Carly this morning. I bought a set of 4 wheel covers. The price on the shelf was $49.99 and the price on the display was also $49.99. I paid $57.99 for the item. I only realised when I got back home so I went back to auto barn and asked her to check the price because I think I was overcharged. She then took the price from the shelf, scanned the barcode and told me that the higher price was right because the price had gone up and they haven’t change the prices in the shelves yet. I then said that surely I only have to pay the price that they displayed in the shop and she said: well, the price you were charged was right and if you don’t want to pay that price I’ll refund you. I took the refund and went next door and bought a set of wheel covers from SuperCheap.

Five start service from young team member 2 weeks ago I was there for cabin air filter and roof racks. He was polite and I can see his honesty on helping others. Will shop around in future. Thanks

Came into the store with a general enquiry for a product that would help me remove permanent marker after an incident where my car door panel was tagged. I just want to express how impressed I was that the fella's in the store assisted me with trying some of their opened products at first to see if we could remove the damage. After the initial attempt we weren't successful but I was then provided a product to purchase which one of the workers took me outside and applied it onto my car and practically removed half of the damaged panel grafitti to assist me in how to use it. Thank you for your professional service and care factor. It has left me with a high level of respect towards the store and how you support the customers which I am finding to be a rare case lately. Keep up the amazing work lads - I know where to come for great service in the future.

Went to the store to buy some higher end component speakers for my car. The lady that served me was very nice and helpful but really had no idea what she was talking about. Tried to recommend fairy budget coaxial speakers which really didn't suit my car or preferences. I wanted to hear some of the better more expensive speakers but the selection in the test rack was pretty poor, only the budget run of the mill speakers were available to hear. The store had some great brands like JL and Rockford Fosgate but none were in the demo wall. Ended up going to Monster car audio and bought some awesome speakers.

We have been going to Erina Auto barn this year. We have bought items from servicing parts to sheepskin seat covers to motorbike covers. We have always had fantastic service and help from the staff.Thank you
