I needed my headlight globes changed and was a little untrusting after my previous experience with another business. As soon as I walked into autopro I was greeted by a lovely man named Seth who was willing to go above and beyond to help me. I walked away 100% satisfied.Thank you to Peter, Seth and all the boys at autopro wonthaggi. I will be back! :)))

Went to get an oil filter and they accidentally gave me the wrong one, only realised after I'd dropped the oil and the filter and don't have another car. Was nice enough to drop the correct filter around for me and save the 40min walk, good service!

A few months ago we took our beloved old hiace in to Jake to get the slave clutch repaired after being towed 35kms due to not being able to use the clutch. Upon arrival he called our van a shitbox, forced it into 1st gear AND into reverse without a clutch (even despite us leaving it in neutral as we were unable to use the clutch). Both of which made an extremely loud crunching noise and have had long term effects on our van. Since this happening we have to double clutch every time we reverse and often it still crunches. i would never go back and would not recommend this mechanic to anyone. It’s now the absolute baseline that we compare our below-par mechanical experiences to. Jake was abrupt, rude and inconsiderate.

Sara from Autopro was an absolute champion! Knew how to quickly remove the bulb from our Mercedes Van which was a bit trickier than normal and popped in the new one. Thank you so much for going above and beyond!

I needed a battery urgently on Easter Saturday. Not only did you have a better battery in stock than i had in my car, your Easter discount was appreciated.

The service I received was pretty average. I was told the item I wanted was $70+ and I wouldn't get it cheaper anywhere else. I thought it was a bit pricey so walked across the road to Repco and got it $30 cheaper. After this experience I will always go to Repco first then if they haven't got it try Autopro. Autopro do have a good variety though I will give them that.

Could not recommend Auto Pro staff enough, no matter which one we have been to (Bendigo and Wonthaggi) most helpful friendly staff and nothing is ever a problem, if one staff member can't help they will ask or get another to help... And the guys out in the garage are awesome, super helpful and hi above n beyond to help you..... Can't fault them.

Most unhelpful useless joint. Refused to help & ended up costing me unnecessary money.(Edit in response to reply): Why would I rock up expecting anything for free? That assumption is as ridiculous as it is insulting. I was more than willing to pay for assistance. But when I asked for help& admitted I had no idea what I was doing you basically told me to read a book & figure it out for myself, then laughed when I had to buy more parts after making things worse because on your suggestion I tried to do it myself. Also the ginger chick tried to tell me the luggage compartment" is the passenger side

I bought the wrong trailer adaptor. It was 5 pin not 7 pin. They changed it over promptly and efficiently even though I had wrecked the packaging. They didn't make me feel like a total dork. All praise to them for good old fashioned service.
