Bought bridesmaid dresses for my wedding that were not worth the price due to being 100% polyester and sheer. Denied a refund, denied an exchange when I needed a new dress for my bridesmaid - finally got one after lengthy emails and phone calls and they didn't put the dresses on hold that I was exchanging for! After this the dress sold out in one of the sizes I needed and they said this was due to their 'no hold's' policy. Terrible customer service. No empathy or compassion for a once in a lifetime event (my wedding) to help me arrange dresses to ensure I would have something for my girls. Don't order from this business.

Wonderful customer service !! Lovely girl named aneek served me and helped me find a dress. Also was during sale period so helped me find something I Ioved !! Would come back again xx

I visited the store on the 3rd of February at about 4pm with a couple of my friends, looking for bridesmaids dresses. The two ladies in the store were sitting down on their phones, no greeting. Fine, they proceeded to ignore us and when asked about a dress size one of them abruptly let us know that it was whatever they had on the floor. They continued to talk to each other and ignore us, I was speaking to my friend and one of them looked up at me as though I was interrupting her conversation. We took some dresses to the change room to try which we loved and were hoping to purchase but because of the incredibly rude customer service we thought against it and left. I will be purchasing directly from the designers website - I refuse to ever shop here. We left and said thank you and they ignored us again. Hands down the most uncomfortable experience in a boutique.

If I could give you 0 stars I would Absolutely disgusting service! Ordered a dress twice from here online only for me to receive an email twice for the 2 times I placed the other that the item was ordered by another “customer” I had called this morning and spoke with Diana who told me my order will be dispatched today no mention of another customer was made! when really they clearly don’t keep track of there stock levels which cause a huge inconvenience for customers! I will never shop here and will never recommend for anyone to shop here. It’s so unfair that I now have to go and find a new outfit for a wedding so last minute because of a business that clearly can’t keep tabs of their stock levels. So disgusting!!

My experience at the boutique in Double Bay was nothing short of uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The customer service of the sales assistants manning the ground floor was appalling. I felt like I was judged the moment I stepped into the store because I was not blonde, decked out in designer and looking like an Instagram influencer.A blonde lady (I believe her name was Lauren W), was quick to assist me at the sales counter when I approached to pay for my item. However, prior to me deciding to purchase the item, she was unapproachable and disinterested when I had questions about the item. Upon paying for my purchase, she charged me the full price of the item, despite it being on sale. It was only after I alerted her to the sale that she checked and adjusted the price. Had I not known about the sale before entering the store, I would have walked away paying the incorrect price. In addition, she carelessly knocked an item off the counter during the transaction but seemed unbothered to pick it up or sincerely apologise right away. She continued processing my item, leaving me to pick up the item myself (the customer).It’s a shame that this aesthetically beautiful store is marred by such poor customer service. Don’t make the same mistake as me - I urge you to reconsider spending your time and money at this boutique. It is not worth the terrible and uncomfortable experience, even when there is a sale - purchase directly from the brands that you are after.

I told my maid of honour to go and try on a dress that I liked from a designer that was available at this store. I was appalled when she told me about how shocking the service was. The girls were extremely rude and did not even acknowledge her presence. When she tried to ask for help they ignored her completely. When another person walked in the girls were helpful to them and it clearly showed that being a person of colour is the reason my friend was not even acknowledged. Save yourself the trip and do not visit a store that hires employees that are clearly against people of colour. It’s shocking that people in this store are so disrespectful.

Msot terrible customer service here - If you are not size 6 and blonde. My sister and I both walked in hopeful to find a dress for my engagement party. We were not greeted or anything throughout the whole time. I asked for a size 12 and the sales lady said to me “I don’t think we cater for your size here”. I immediately was so turned off by this comment and really upset me such nasty people exist. Honestly worst experience ever and will never go shop there again.

Had an amazing experience! Imi (emmy?) was beyond helpful - she made sure to check up on me and make sure all the sizes and dresses were going well. She was also more than happy to grab anything I needed and had an amazing attitude

This is a review for an online order: received a faulty dress so I contacted customer service to arrange a return. I sent it back as besides the fault it didn't suit me, but I've never been returned the shipping cost as they claim I didn't mention the fault over the phone.IF there was a next time I would make sure to do everything via email so to have evidence of the conversation, but there won't be a second time for me - sorry to say. I wouldn't feel confident in my purchase.
