Just wanted to give a quick review on behalf of my property manager Marisa Reeves. I've been dealing with her since my property was transferred from De Freitas & Ryan.I was concerned that I may not receive the level of prompt and personal service when the change was made, I have not been disappointed in any way.I do a lot of work in remote areas and communications can be limited at times and Marisa has always been accommodating, professional and understanding in dealing with any issues.

Our current Property Manager Dylan Page was outstanding and he provided us with a high level of care, compassion and consideration throughout our tenancy. We had numerous Property Managers over a three-year period, and each one of them were engaged and responsive and were quick to reply to emails and queries and represented the tenants as equals alongside their business associates, the owners.We commenced our tenancy with De Freitas and Ryan, and the handover was seamless and respectful. We always felt like we had a voice between the two real estates, and the real estate was listening, which is not always a common occurrence.Jake conducted numerous inspections at the property and he was kind and caring and showed an empathic connection when dealing with conflict and went out of his way to show care, well outside of his responsibilities through RMA. This did not go unnoticed, and having to enter back into renting with a young child after many years of owning, it was refreshing to be ‘seen’ and validated for the tenants we were and to have a real estate represent us with gentleness and sincerity, especially in such a tragic and tough real estate market.I would highly recommend RMA as a renter, but also as a prospective owner. They handle conflict with patience and operate professionally when faced with discrepancy between owners and tenants and are calm and measured in their responses, whilst adhering to that fine line, without bias.

We are incredibly thankful for our rental manager, Julia Rickards in RMA, who went above and beyond to help us find a rental property. Moving from Sydney was tough, and we spent three months living with parents in law, facing rejection after rejection. With my husband as the only working member, finding a place seemed impossible. But then Julia came to the rescue!She understood our situation and offered options within our budget. Her knowledge of the rental market and network of contacts made all the difference. She kept us informed throughout the process, receiving calls and responding emails and text messages ensuring we found the perfect place.Thanks to her, now we have a new home to start fresh and get our lives back on track.
