Had a bull bar ordered and fitted by Warragul Offroad. Excellent workmanship and friendly service. Couldn't be happier, Highly recommended.

I have personally found Warragul Offroad to be extremely helpful efficient and accurate with diagnosis. The workmanship I can't fault and I can find fault in anything, especially with most mechanics. Travelling down from Queensland to visit my son in hospital I had an issue that had been looked at four times previously with no success. In desperation I called into Warragul Off-road and despite being busy they immediately looked at the problem and had it resolved in ten minutes and then refused to accept payment. It is rare these days to find a business that shows such kindness and service when I was in a stressful time. Thank you.

Shaun and the team were fantastic. Excellent service, price reasonable and he spent the time explaining the work and pros and cons of the different choices I was considering when it came to some performance upgrades for my Patrol.The did a service, installed a Tillix boost control and a few other things and all the work was done well.

Always go to these guys for my general services and they alwasys take care of me. No matter what the issue is, they always communicate the problems with me in human (not fancy mechanic language haha). Never been charged a horrific unreasonable price, its always fair and for good quality service. Crew is great to take to.

I first used Warragul Off Road 18 months ago. Shaun fitted a snorkel, tuned and dyno’d my 200 Series Cruiser in preparation for our trip to the Cape. The car ran like a dream.Great power and economy whilst towing our van. On returning we had a problem where the trans wouldn’t change out of 4th gear. Two Toyota dealers and another trans specialist said it needed a new trans, even though we had only done 150,000 kms. After a new trans, still same problem. I happened to give Shaun a ring for some advice. I dropped the car off, and very quickly he diagnosed the problem and set about rectifying a program issue in the computer. His knowledge and experience was second to none. Thank you Shaun, Leanne and the team at Warragul Off Road.

Customer be aware. Had a big job booked in had all parts ready to go, was promised 2 weeks took 3 months. Was charged for figment of parts for them to be left in a box in the cab. Vehicle returned for warranty work, told them not to tune the vehicle, returned later the day to find them trying to tune car when said not to. Had to take else where to get tuned correctly. Also parts the mechanic removed where not fitted back on return. Questioned why parts and things that where fitted and working before job took place where not on return, got no good answer. do not recommend

The team at Warragul Offroad are great!When I got my car serviced they went above and beyond to make sure the car was in tip top shape. They explained everything they did and pointed out the things I need to look out for before my next service.Even when calling them with a somewhat urgent request for repair they were able to fit me in and helped me out greatly!Legends!

We had our car booked in to fit a snorkel at another place in Geelong and they notified us the day before they had the wrong part and couldn't help us (we were due to leave the day after to go on a camping trip). I called Leanne from Offroad who was AMAZING and saved the day. Brilliant service, super quick and efficient. Thank you for making our trip possible Leanne :)
