I don't usually complete online reviews such as these, however I have been so impressed with Laing + Simmons, but especially the incredible Erin Saunders, my Property Manager, that I wanted to do so.After not having rented for 22 years, I entered the process quite apprehensive. However, my initial perceptions could not have been further from the truth! I am completely amazed at how easy every step of the way has been, and this is largely due to the Erin's expertise in managing her properties.Erin is highly professional, very approachable, with a warm and friendly manner. Her communication on every level is outstanding. In the initial stages of my leasing, she kept me regularly updated through phone calls and emails. She has always promptly responded to, and followed up on, any questions or requests I may have had. She is an absolute asset to Laing + Simmons!It is obvious Erin's knowledge and understanding of real estate is exemplary. She was able to answer all my initial questions in a meaningful and genuine way, was respectful of my circumstances, providing clear and accurate advice.The online, digital systems that Laing + Simmons use also added to the ease in organising my lease. From completing the legal requirements to setting up internet and utilities, everything was just so smooth.I honestly cannot recommend Erin, and Laing + Simmons, highly enough! A brilliant Property Manager and a brilliant real estate!

Erin Saunders is Amazing. Honest and very responsive. Most of the time you are just a number and don't even hear back from rental agents these days.... The other great thing is its 100% digital no more paper forms. BTW this is the first time i have ever filled in a review.
