As soon as my wife and I entered the furniture store the husband and wife who are owners were very welcoming like we knew each other for years. They gave us all the details and helped us as to what is suitable for our home .As you guys can see from the photo that I uploaded, it was really hard to make this area useful but now we get the most efficiency of such a small place. We will keep decorating this area but I just couldn’t wait to share my satisfaction! :)

I bought a bed frame mattress and side tables. Very happy with it all. Side tables were already assembled in boxes, bed was easy to put together, no dramas at all. Emma mattress that we also bought is amazing to sleep on. Delivery was free. Took around 1 week from viewing the bed to ordering side tables and and being delivered, very quick service. Pleasant communication too.The items were of very good quality, especially for the price. I’d recommend you visit this business before heading to Harvey Norman etc.

We recently bought a King Bed Set, Coffee Table and TV Unit from Derrimut Discoutn Furniture. I cannot recommend them enough. Their customer service, delivery and products have been amazing. This is the first time I have written a feedback on Google and I have experienced a very bad shopping experience. I bought a dining table three days ago but it kept dropping wood chips and had serious quality and safety issues. I negotiated with the store to return it and they replied that once the package was opened it could not be returned. I have been negotiating with them for two days until now and they have been stalling and not solving any problems. I discussed with them whether I could exchange the product and I could pay the difference in price and cover the shipping costs. However, they said they would deduct 250 Australian dollars from me because I had opened the packaging and assembled it. I have never had such a difficult time returning a product. How can I know what is wrong with this table without opening the packaging? At the time of purchase, on the webpage, there is nothing on the packaging that says you can't return it if you open the packaging. I don't understand how such illegal statements can keep coming from the staff in this store. I have not be given any solution so far and today I was told that the manager would call me and I didn’t receive any phone call.Today, 24th of January, I waited until 12 noon and did not hear anything back. I called the number provided by Google and the person was the manager of this shop. He agreed to refund my money but not the delivery cost. I agreed because I thought the delivery driver should be paid what he was entitled to. It was agreed to send the table back on Saturday for a refund on the warehouse. This shop may have very good furniture because of the good reviews. However, the customer service was so bad and the return process took too much time and experiences.
