Don Jackson Reserve Fenced Dog Park
This is a dog park and made for dogs, not children. A double gate enclosure at either end allows you time to either unclip to release or clip up to escort home at your leisure. It's shady, with lots of trees, several canine obstacle courses dotted around, including a half buried concrete pipe and podium like steps. A few seats where owners can sit and watch their dogs charge about, full pelt. Our 4 hounds loved being able to stretch their legs and bark and we enjoyed their safety.

This is a lovely clean dog park, with good fences and a water trough. It has off street parking on gravel, and a large field to its left with a gazebo.

Great fenced dog park but it is muddy after rain for a while so wear gumboots. There are a few trees but not enough to give a decent shade area so be ware when it is warmer months. But great for dogs to run around as well as a much smaller area for very small dogs although they would not be able to run in it, more like a relaxing fenced corner.

It's really great being able to let you dog 'RUN WILD' for a period of time, letting the wind 'whistle' past their ears.Really great what the council can do.Aah, just one thing, PLEASE pick up your dog's 'doings'. Imagine if nobody picked up, well there would be no nice dog parks!!

One of the best off leash dog parks around. Fenced and even a smaller fenced area for little dogs. Water and toilet bags round. Kids play ground and basketball hoop outside dog area
