Andrew messaged me prior to turning up and arrived as advised. Andrew went straight to work without any delays. He informed me of the cost every step of the way and left the washing machine ready to use with no mess left. Pricing was good and the labour and call out fees were explained prior to booking Andrew in. I would recommend and will use this service and Andrew again.

Andrew is prompt and courteous. This is our second experience and we are very happy with the service provided. Andrew offered suggestions for our faulty power point and replaced it on the spot. We also asked for an additional GPO to be installed and this was also done immediately and took very little time. Thanks Andrew.

When I called they were professional and booked me in quickly. Andrew telephoned to say he was 20 minutes away, arrived exactly on time and replaced the part quickly. He left the area very clean and tidy and was polite and efficient. His work was much appreciated.

Booked an appointment for a set time and they called an hour before the agreed time to say they could do my repair now. When I told them I wouldn't be home until the time that we had scheduled they told me I would need to reschedule to another day. Pathetic customer service and not a business I would recommend.

I am so glad I called! Steve is amazing. Was having issues with my fridge and finally decided to try get it fixed. Steve spent 5 minutes on the phone with me and I was able to fix my issue that has been annoying me for MONTHS!THANK YOU!!! You will definitely be my point of call for any future repairs!

Was talked into booking the service by sales person on the phone. $169 call out fee. Tech informed me stove top wasn’t worth repairing. Squared up the stove - basically took out 4 screws, lost one and moved a single piece of wood. I ended up buying a new stove top and the electrician actually placed the wood blocks supporting the built in oven into their correct places.Next time, I’ll just buy a new appliance as these guys were complete rip off artists.

Mathew arrived on time and was very helpful. He fixed my dishwasher quickly and provided advice around best use of the different wash settings. He also answered my questions about good quality machines to purchase in future as I suspect I’ll need a new dishwasher and washing machine soon. I was very happy with his service and will definitely use Always Prompt Repairs again.
