My daughter purchased a second hand Holden Cruze from Cardiff Toyota, late in May 2020.I wanted her to have a car that she would not only be comfortable in, but safe as well.In early September 2020, the engine check light came on. She took it in to Toyota Service and were given the bad news that unfortunately the issue was an internal fault with the positive crankcase ventilation valve, which is part of the tappet cover. It's was unfortunately not covered by our warranty and was going to cost about $1200.00 to repair. Yikes!My daughter rang me, beside herself in tears.I called the service team, explained that this was her first ever car and how devastated she was. She had literally just gotten her P plates the week that the engine light came on.They saw that in the few months since she had purchased the vehicle, she had only driven about 5000km and they, very kindly, offered to pay one third of the cost of repair.It's still a lot of money to a young girl who lost her job due to COVID-19 and is only working part-time to make ends meet, but it was an absolutely amazing gesture from Cardiff Toyota. Plus, we have the peace of mind knowing that the vehicle was repaired by Toyota trained technicians with genuine Toyota parts.I can't thank the team at Cardiff Toyota enough for helping my daughter out, and would recommend them to anybody.

Car only serviced a couple of weeks ago. Warning light comes on today, won’t look at the car again for another week. Won’t be going back.

Went in looking for second car. We chose the 1st one we drove because the price was reasonable for the type of vechile. Sales service was good. We also received an after sales call to see how the vechile was going. Will try them again.
