Cold Rock Ice Creamery Calamvale

It’s the best ice cream i’ve had in a while, out of all the times that i’ve been there when two very kind young lady’s served me tonight. awesome service

This is an excellent store always very clean, no matter what time of day, the staff are always well mannered and have lovely customer service.I congratulate the owner as he must take pride in his work and business to have a consistent quality in product and staff, if your thinking of trying it out. I highly recommend this as a great family dessert shop.

Great location, around other restaurants and shops. The service was great! And as always the ice cream was perfect!

Ordered a birthday cake and cold rock calamvale did not disappoint. Although they don't open until later on a Sunday morning, they catered to our needs and went the extra mile to come in early and finalise the cake for a 9am party. Staff were lovely to deal with and party guests all loved the cake.

Ordered a cake to be picked up at 3pm. Got to the shop at 3pm and not even open. Website said opens from 2pm (why bother advertising if not even open then). Tried calling, no one picks up call... I had guests all waiting at 3.30pm but no cake! Daughter is devastated! So unreliable!

The two girls who were working on the 14/6/23 when I came in around 7:30pm were absolutely rude, particularly the darker skin girl as I am a regular customer who comes in every week and she has always been rude and I’ve wanted to write a bad review but I thought to myself no maybe she’s having a bad day, but it’s been a year now of her being rude so it’s not just a bad day. The way they talk to customers is like we are bothering them and they hate their job and then they chuck the ice cream at you on the counter and don’t even say anything. They lack customer service skills. From now on I’ll go to a different cold rock location and hopefully they have more friendly staff.

Ordered a mini cake for my husband's birthday. They have a great range of flavours, options and sizes. You can't go wrong with an ice cream cake!

A big thank you to Cold Rock Calamvale. Our kids enjoyed their ice cream birthday cakes and our guests were impressed with the quality of the edible cake topper. The team at Cold Rock Calamvale were super helpful, attentive service and all flavours in stock. I've been to several other locations and most of the time their freezer is half empty, with staff who couldn't care less.Will definitely be coming back!

Travelled far and arrived at 9:30pm site says they close at 10pm and the 2 young male and female gave an attitude and said they were closed. Need to fix the opening hours correctly on google to stop confusion!
