Hair fall is ridiculous! Ni’s washed my head and this is the result. My hair has been damaged like anything. One of the salon who cannot stand by their words. No responsibility or accountability. Have had no problem with anyone salon. Talking about salon - you should be providing a customer service. Not raging about clients who actually give true reviews. Now before you say this is fake, attaching pics especially for you. I didn’t mention you giving me any treatment. I only said you washed my hair. Which you acknowledge. This is not a fake review hun.

I had very bad experience today, I did hair cut, I was not happy with that. I told her I don't like haircut, the way she moved on another client and not listening me very rude.then she did call me and told no one can do batter than me, if find someone who can do batter than me I will refund back to you, even on call you did not give chance to speak what I feel.I have very good experience in past with your service but if are not giving respect to your loyal customer then there is no meaning.I just want tell you, it is not about money, if you're client is not happy with service you should listen to them and try to understand them. for me my haircut make vast difference in my look, I was waiting from long time to haircut and you know for girls it takes more than 6 months for hair growth.You told no one do haircut like me, I don't know about service but I know there are many parlours who do better respect than you.I will never visit your parlours again.Thank you for ruin my weekends and my look.

Visited today for the first time to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted. The lady that tended to me was amazing and did a fantastic job! I'll definitely be making another appointment soon.

Visited today for root touchup as always. Recently I started facing issue of hair fall and Nisha advised me several tips which will help. When it comes to my hair this is my go to place. Amazing staff, amazing atmosphere and feel so comfortable.

Excellent Atmosphere, very friendly staff. True value for your money. Nisha is very honest she gives best advise according to your needs. I booked for Non Chemical Straightening but after checking my hair she done keratin saving me $$$ still making my hair so silky straight and frizz free, truly professional.

I visited this parlour last week for hair cut. The hair dresser was very rude and her way of treating clients was unpleasant. The way she questioned us whether we know layer cut or not was harsh.She acted like she is the boss and we have to obey for whatever she says. She suddenly cut my hair in middle of our discussion.Though the haircut was simple and ok the way she treated was not welcoming. I will never go back to this saloon again. Not so good vibe.

Nisha is so professional to all her clients. She checks the condition of the hair and skin and recommends the best treatment to solve our hair or skin issues. So friendly staffs as well . I highly recommend ni’s hair and beauty salon .
