Nice and clean centre for Government. Well organised compared to Sydney services. Excellent customer service also. We were seen to immediately at the Oral Centre. All centres are clearly labelled and well presented. Plenty of parking

Disgusting dental service. I booked an emergency appointment because I had a toothache. Was told that there’s nothing wrong with my tooth and felt super uncomfortable with the way I was spoken to like I had wasted an ‘emergency appointment’. My tooth has actually gotten so much worse! It has now spread to my gums which hurt to. PAYING $ and seeing a different dentist now instead of this useless government funded place that don’t help you what so ever.

I have had many services done here and cannot fault them. People seem to forget, this is a TEACHING clinic, sometimes you may be a little put off by students ( 3rd or 4th year) but there are always supervisors there to speak to if you are concerned. So many ungrateful comments on here from people getting FREE dental.

One of the worst dental clinic, whenever I call I'm always on hold for at least 20-30min and when I request a call back they don't call me back until the following day sometimes no call at all (so if you missed your appt and didn't call" to cancel they won't book you for another appt). The staff members are very unprofessional I always see them chatting instead of attending calls. Definitely give 0 stars if I could!!"

Went in to get a COVID test to find that all of the staff take their breaks at the same time. I called the centre at 11.30 to ensure I could arrive without a booking and was told I could come at anytime when I arrived at 12 I was told that everyone was on break and that I had to wait 30 minutes.

Appalling service, highly unprofessional and no duty of care for their patients!I had a tooth extraction done that is now infected. When I phoned to let them know that I was in excruciating pain and panadol wasn’t doing anything I was told only to have Panadol and/or Nurofen. I explained I couldn’t have Nurofen due to personal reasons. I was told again to just have Panadol it’s normal to have pain. It took for me to ring an after hours doctor to be taken seriously and that’s not even the worst part. When the dental surgeon pulled the tooth out she chipped the tooth next to it and I still had bits of broken off tooth in my mouth after I had left. So instead of fixing the problem it’s now twice as worse. Absolutely appalling.
