Newstead Vets

My dog Kiko has been under the care of the team at Newstead Vets for about a year. We are very happy with the care and service we received so far. Recently, Kiko felt quite sick all of a sudden and needed a last-minute emergency consult. Within half an hour of my call, Thiago was able to see my dog and run some blood tests to assess the situation. He immediately realized that my dog's liver was in a very bad state. He told me we needed to rush Kiko to the emergency straight away. After 3 days of intensive care, we were able to bring our beloved dog Kiko back home today. I cannot even imagine what would have happened without Thiago's prompt consultation and assessment of the situation. We are incredibly and forever grateful to Thiago for taking initial care of Kiko and for urging us to take immediate action. During Kiko's time in intensive care, we received daily phone calls from Thiago and Naomi so they could get updates on Kiko's condition. We were deeply touched by the care and love they demonstrated during this time. Thank you Thiago and the team at Newstead vets for being awesome!

Easy access to Vet, Dr Rava always available to talk about issues re my dog Marley, that was not available at previous practice. Staff is very friendly and the clinic is very clean. This is a five-stars service and I would recommend to others.

Our first visit with my 14yo Lucy dog was amazing. She loved the treats mat which is so thoughtful!!!! We will be back for dental care. Thank you for your quiet care in such a pristine environment!

We choose this clinic has our vet for Mocha, we are first time puppy owner and had a good impression from the very first time. Mocha enjoyed her first visit and so did we. Mocha was sadly sick recently , we took her to the clinic and the looked after her, I then sent an email for a report which I got back very fast and then I received a call today from them checking on how Mocha was doing which we thought was very nice and caring.Thank you for being so lovely!

Recently had a teeth clean under anaesthetic for our border terrier Archie. Great care from all the staff, as he’s elderly and on other medication. The whole experience was excellent.Highly recommend Newstead vets as they really care.

First time at this vet and was so happy with the service. Very affordable, didn't try to sell anything to me, just looked after my beloved fur-baby as he is getting older and needing some attention. Thank you!

Very happy with the care and service I received at Newstead Vets. When my boy 'Rafa Bull' took ill, I was able to secure an appointment quickly. The level of care he received was exceptional and he is now on the mend. ❤️

Originally went here as the GAP ONLY website mentions that is clinic is eligible. Turns out they don't do it, but still saw them and was glad I did. The team there is fantastic, super helpful and genuine. Feels like the team actually care, rather than just getting people in and out. If you're after a Vet that is reasonable in pricing and fantastic service, look no further.

As a new customer they provided great service and saw my dog on very short notice to address my concerns. They provided extra services and even put in my pet insurance claim when I paid. Highly recommended. Happy to call them my new vet.
